Visit cat.com to learn more about Cat Financial. Role Definition Provides guidance and support on advanced features, customizing, implementing and integrating the digital product. Responsibilities: Provides support on major and/or critical implementation or operational issues. Contributes to policies and practices for product design, training, documentation, and problem resolution. Coordinates with product management on solutions to design, reliability, performance, and maintenance issues. Supports the execution of marketing technology initiatives from the product roadmap and communicates business requirements to delivery partners. Degree Requirement: Degree or equivalent experience desired Skill Descriptors: Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Effectiveness Measurement: Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement. Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations. Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Software Product Training: Knowledge of software product training; ability to create and deliver training on the implementation, operation and utilization of technology products and systems. Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary for this role ranges from $92,880.00 - $148,608.00. Actual salary will be based on experience.
