Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers Process customer orders, quotes, credit memos, and needed materials accurately and on time Set up new customer accounts, maintain detailed transaction records, and ensure account accuracy Build and maintain relationships of trust through clear, professional communication Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales and Accounting to resolve issues and discrepancies Handle and resolve customer concerns, ensuring follow-up and satisfaction Reconcile customer accounts and enter purchase orders with precision Meet individual and team service goals while following company policies and procedures What We're Looking For

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Excel Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven work style Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the company Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems with minimal supervision Why You'll Love It Here
