Revenue Cycle Solutions Analyst

As a Revenue Cycle Solutions Analyst, you will focus on the implementation or ongoing maintenance and optimization of integration and configuration of home care-focused revenue cycle solutions. You will be responsible for researching and troubleshooting issues, reviewing business and technical requirements, determining best-fit solutions, and executing integration and configuration tasks, including implementation of changes, testing, documentation, and refinement, to enable seamless data exchange for providers, payers, and partner customers. This role will provide an opportunity to learn and grow in the areas of Medicaid/MCO revenue cycle processes, healthcare data standards (X12, HL7, FHIR), and systems integration. Partner with Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze and document customer business and technical requirements for new implementations related to revenue cycle integrations and configurations. Manage configuration and integration delivery efforts to ensure high-quality delivery of home care revenue cycle solutions Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, propose and implement corrective actions. Assist Sr Solution Analysts with complex requirements to translate into technical solutions and identify and implement best-fit solutions Execute testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with customer needs and compliance standards. Contribute to development and enhancement of internal documentation, tools, process improvements, and best practices to support scalable solution delivery. Support in creation and maintenance of required documentation related to new and existing integrations and configurations Assist in monitoring and maintaining existing configurations and integrations to ensure continued performance and compliance. Facilitate knowledge transfer and create documentation to ensure smooth post-implementation support. Adhere to established SLAs to support effective delivery processes, while maintaining quality solution delivery to minimize rework and issues. Other Job Duties

Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
4+ years of experience in healthcare solution delivery, revenue cycle configuration, or healthcare data integration. Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering quality solutions to meet customer expectations Experience in troubleshooting and data analysis to identify risks and issues and react timely to implement solutions. Thinks creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated Familiarity with home care operations, Medicaid/MCO billing, and healthcare data standards (X12, HL7, FHIR). Knowledge of integration protocols (e.g., sFTP, API). Ability to learn quickly, manage tasks efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proven written and verbal communication skills Experience with ticket and content management applications (ie. JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, Sharepoint) Exposure to State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and Homecare Providers is a plus. SaaS environment experience is a plus. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $70,000 - $80,000 not including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
