What You'll Do
Drive Business Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with private real estate clients to ensure a robust and stable portfolio. Lead Project Execution:
Oversee multidisciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Strategic Client Management:
Manage client accounts, billing, collections, and satisfaction with a focus on long-term partnerships. Mentor & Develop Talent:
Train junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Collaborate with Leadership:
Regularly meet with the Land Development Practice Area Director to align on mission, quality, staff development, and performance. Shape the Future:
Participate in and lead training sessions, management meetings, and strategic planning initiatives. Essential Skills & Expertise
Civil Engineering & Land Development Project Management & Engineering Leadership Civil 3D & AutoCAD Proficiency Site Analysis, Subdivision Design, and Land Use Planning Permitting, Utility Coordination, and Geotechnical Understanding Traffic Impact Analysis, Erosion & Sediment Control Construction Management & Engineering Oversight Business Development & Client Relationship Management Billing, Budgeting, and Proposal Development Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required) Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in land development Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams Work Environment & Premium Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr. 1.
