Part-Time, youll manage our new in-arena screens at Moda Center on gamedays and deliver dynamic, stats-driven storytelling that enhances the Trail Blazers fan experience. You will collaborate with Game Operations, Blazers Broadcasting, and other internal teams to manage content workflows, oversee gameday screen operations, and ensure production systems are maintained and show-ready throughout the season. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with experience in live sports or event production, a passion for the NBA, its trends and evolving storylines, and a talent for turning stats into engaging fan moments. We're looking for someone with experience in a control room environment who adapts easily to shifting priorities, works seamlessly with multiple teams, and brings both technical skill and creative vision to the gameday experience. Day-to-day: Along with Director of Game Operations, brainstorm and research compelling storylines for upcoming matchups Collaborate with the in-arena production team to develop the run of show process with an emphasis on stats-driven storytelling Oversee 2-4 part-time event employees to work as a cohesive unit delivering stats and graphic content to the new screens Prepare and maintain certain in-arena production systems, keeping them "show-ready" throughout the NBA season Assist in managing content and content workflows for in-arena visuals and stat-related items Collaborate with Blazers Broadcasting and other internal teams to source real-time stats and insights for in-game storytelling Assist with content input into control room playback systems (Switcher/EVS/etc.) Assist with the creation of graphics when needed Maintain and troubleshoot technology used for in-arena stat presentations Coordinate with partnerships, marketing, content, and other internal teams as needed to align in-arena storytelling with broader campaigns We'd like to hear from you if you: Have demonstrated experience in live sports or event production Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Can pivot quickly to changing priorities and remain composed in a fast-paced, live sports environment Have a passion for NBA and statistical storytelling, with a solid understanding of basketball statistics and trends Are an independent thinker who can lead a team while also taking direction effectively Have strong attention to detail and the ability to execute under pressure while adapting to game flow and momentum Possess knowledge of video formats and codecs Are tech-savvy and committed to staying current with in-arena display technology and digital signage trends Are proficient with content management systems and production tools used in live environments Have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the NBA season Offers of employment are conditional upon the successful results of an individual background check.
