Monarch Investment & Management Group is now interviewing candidates for an Assistant Property Manager role at the lovely Arbors at Eastland Apartments in Bloomington, IL. This 437 unit conventional property boasts a sparkling outdoor pool, playground and fitness center. We also have an incredible & dedicated staff that we're looking to add to! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations -Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid) -Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program -Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable (Commissions Paid) -Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software, YARDI preferred Have excellent verbal and written communication Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Compensation and Benefits Available: $18.00 -$21.00 per hour - Up to
$100 per lease renewal commissions (can add up to $11/hr to the pay!) - 401k planning with up to a 3% annual match - Paid Training programs - Tuition Reimbursement program - Paid Time Off,
1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours -
