Interior Manager - 100m Private Motor Yacht (Europe Based)
Location: Europe (Mediterranean base)
Contract: Full-time with potential for rotation (to be discussed)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interior Manager to lead the interior department of a prestigious 100m private motor yacht. This is a senior leadership role overseeing all interior operations, guest services, and crew management, ensuring an exceptional 6-star onboard experience for the Ownership.
You will work closely with the Captain, Purser, and other department heads, setting the standard for service excellence and coordinating a large, multi-national interior team.
Key Responsibilities • Lead, train, and manage the interior team (Housekeeping, Service, Laundry, Spa, etc.) • Develop and maintain service protocols, housekeeping standards, and guest experience procedures • Coordinate with the Interior, Galley and other HODs to ensure seamless service delivery • Manage inventories, provisioning, budgets, and purchasing for the interior department • Oversee crew uniform stock, guest amenities, and interior décor maintenance • Act as main point of contact for owners, guests, and VIPs regarding interior matters • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maritime regulations • Liaise with shipyard, management company, and suppliers for maintenance or refit work affecting the interior
Requirements • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior interior roles on 90m+ yachts or ultra-luxury cruise/hospitality • Proven leadership of large interior teams (15+ crew) • Impeccable service standards with a discreet and professional demeanor • Strong organizational and budgeting skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multicultural teams • STCW (current), ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
Passport with at least 6 months validity and Schengen Visa if required
• Additional service or hospitality training (Silver Service, WSET, PYA GUEST) preferred • Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
