Job Description
Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals. Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed to maintain timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans. Maintain clear communication with clients and provide progress updates. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent - K-12 should have:
Strong experience in managing K-12 construction projects. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve construction challenges. What's on Offer
