Material Handler – Union, Illinois
Our customer in Union, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Material Handler Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for pulling and delivering products to production or shipping, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory to support daily operations.
Responsibilities of the Material Handler: • Pull and deliver products to production or shipping areas • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently • Maintain inventory integrity and pull inventory for production orders • Stock all received inventory and pull plain bag orders • Scrap cardboard and plastic as needed • Perform daily forklift inspections and operate equipment safely
Material Handler Requirements and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with inventory control and forklift operation required • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively • Knowledge of shipping logistics and basic computer skills • Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
Pay for Material Handler:
Starting at $16.00/hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays
