Administrative Support Associate Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented

to join our clients Grease Trap operations team. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone with experience in accounting or payment processing who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating service requests, and maintaining accurate records. Pay Rate $19.50 - $20.50 per hour depending on experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Administrative Support Associate-

Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and schedule service appointments. Operations Coordination: Communicate with plant teams to ensure timely and accurate servicing of accounts. Work Order Management: Create, process, and track work orders from initiation to completion. Payment Processing: Handle ACH and other payment methods, apply payments to customer accounts, and resolve billing issues. Record Keeping: Print, file, and maintain organized records of transactions, service orders, and communications. Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks and provide support to staff as needed. Administrative Support Associate-

Requirements Prior experience in accounting, payment processing, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting or CRM software. Ability to multitask and work independently in a team-oriented environment. Experience in a service-based or field operations industry. Familiarity with grease trap or environmental services is a plus.
