Product Manager For Connectors Engineering Pod

Notable is the leading healthcare AI platform for transforming workforce productivity. Health systems, hospitals, and payers use Notable to improve healthcare quality, close gaps in patient care, drive member enrollment, and patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement, scaling growth without hiring more staff. We are on a mission to improve the lives of patients, staff, and clinicians - to improve healthcare for humanity. This isn't just a lofty goal - it's something we're achieving every single day. When you join Notable, you become part of a force actively transforming healthcare. Our aim to impact 100 million patients isn't just a number; it's a commitment to creating meaningful change on a massive scale. Therefore, our culture is purposeful in pursuit of this mission. We believe our culture gives each person the opportunity to do the best work of their lives, work with the best teammates, and have fun achieving great things together. Role Summary: At Notable, we believe integrations shouldn't be a bottleneck

they should be invisible. As the Product Manager for our Connectors Engineering Pod, you'll own the data backbone that powers Flow Builder, our orchestration engine, and the data stores that feed it. Your mission is to make it effortless for anyone to build automations on our platform

without being a data or integration expert

by delivering a unified data spine, first-class eventing, and resilient, real-time pipelines. The work you lead will turn complex interoperability challenges into simple, reliable building blocks for automation at scale. What You'll Do: Set the vision for how data flows through the Notable platform

from ingestion to orchestration to downstream systems. Lead the roadmap for connectors, eventing systems, and enablement tooling, shaping foundational capabilities that power all future automation. Work closely with engineering to evolve our backbone, using Medplum as our canonical FHIR store and Mirth Connect as our transport layer to handle high-volume, real-time healthcare data streams. Partner with Delivery teams to remove low-value ETL work from flows, enabling richer, context-driven automations with powerful new triggers and events. Build repeatable delivery paths and "integration starter packs" that dramatically shorten time to go-live for new customers. Harden architecture to retire brittle batch jobs and RPA scripts, replacing them with scalable, event-driven integrations. Advocate for interoperability best practices (HL7, FHIR, X12) while keeping our architecture flexible for future data formats. About You: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with B2B or enterprise-scale platforms. Proven track record shipping data-intensive products like ETL pipelines, integration engines, orchestration platforms, or real-time event systems. Strong technical fluency

comfortable scoping complex data flows, event models, and transformations before engaging engineering. Excellent communicator, equally at home discussing architecture trade-offs or framing business value for leadership. Thrive in systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and fast-moving environments. Bonus Points: Experience with healthcare interoperability (HL7 v2.x, FHIR, X12) and enterprise healthcare technology. Background in data modeling, canonical schemas, or event sourcing. Prior engineering experience or a technical degree. Why This Role Matters: Data is the spine of our platform. Without it, Flow Builder can't orchestrate, automations can't run, and customers can't realize value. In this role, you'll be shaping that spine

turning raw, messy, high-volume healthcare data into a clean, reliable, event-driven foundation that accelerates delivery, unlocks new automations, and lets our customers build with confidence.
