Asset Management Analyst - Multifamily
In this role you will assist in the performance of a national equity multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in property operations, construction, and financial performance with an emphasis on multifamily assets. You will collaborate with our operating partners, internal team, borrowers, sponsors, clients, contractors, attorneys, title companies, architects, brokers, appraisers, and other deal-related parties. What You'll Do: Provide support to the Asset Managers for Private Equity portfolio. Prepare well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and proforma projections for each investment to improve long term value. Complete performance reports to investors on a quarterly basis and present results directly to the client. Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance. Loan compliance and hedging risk based on property's performance Site Visits/ Travel
20% Special projects as needed. What You'll Need: High School diploma required with 3 years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 year of tried experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Effective presenter with superb client service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. High-level skills in Excel strongly preferred. Knowledge of private equity multifamily asset management strongly preferred.
