Associate Commercial Collections Representative
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Commercial Collections Representative as a part of Commercial Banking Operations. In this role, you will: Maintain a high-quality account portfolio through the maintenance, collections, restructuring, modification, refinancing, transferring, and file updating on all leases, lease purchases, conditional sales contracts, and promissory notes. Disposition equipment through sales, renewal, and release on all terminations. Utilize a solid understanding of company policies, procedures, and collection systems in performance of duties. Receive direction from supervisors. Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives. Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Interact with internal customers. Receive direction from leaders. Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Customer service/Customer Care experience. Experience working with the following systems: Artiva, and Infolease. Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change. Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Candidate must be based out of posted location. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
