Production Operator
This role involves producing plastic sheet products using various extrusion machines according to customer specifications. Responsibilities include machine startup and shutdown, quality control inspection, proper packaging, material handling, and training processes. Once machines are set up, they operate continuously for up to two weeks until cleaning or color changes are required. Operators will monitor machines and take measurements every two hours, as well as use a forklift to manage pallets. Responsibilities
Operate and monitor extrusion machines to produce plastic sheet products. Conduct machine startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting. Perform quality control inspections and ensure proper packaging. Handle materials and manage pallets using a forklift. Train others on machine operation processes. Take measurements every two hours and ensure machine operations are smooth.
