The Starting Rate: $28.00 an hour The Schedule: Swing Shift | Part Time 8:00pm - 4:00am Day To Day: Lead and inspire dealers to deliver accurate, high-energy games and superior guest experiences Monitor table activity and guest volume, making real-time decisions to ensure efficient game flow Oversee table game accounting and safeguard the integrity of all transactions and equipment Confirm accuracy of game documentation and uphold all regulatory procedures Manage chip bank levels and prepare for high-stakes play when necessary Serve as a trusted point of escalation for any unusual activity, high-limit action, or concerns on the floor The Ideal Candidate: Brings expertise in three or more table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps) Possesses a high school diploma or GED Has at least 2 years of prior relevant experience in casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Thrives in a team-oriented, guest-first environment and loves being in the heart of the action The Perks & Benefits: Wellness programs to keep you energizedbody and mind Exclusive employee discounts on hotel stays, dining, shows, and retailplus national partner savings on travel, electronics, and more Free meals in our on-site employee dining roomfuel up on us!
