Manager, Global Marketing Portfolio

We're seeking a Manager, Global Marketing Portfolio to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and grow our market presence across our integrated Drug Discovery and Translational Sciences (DTS), Safety Assessment (SA), and Research Models & Services (RMS) platforms. collaborating closely with global marketing, sales, and operational teams to shape strategy, identify opportunities, and generate qualified leads. What You'll Do:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness, acceptance, and engagement within the global life sciences community. Identify and build therapeutic- and scientific-discipline-based marketing content to showcase Inotiv's expertise. Collaborate with portfolio, brand, and digital teams to coordinate campaign execution, content creation, website updates, analytics, and event/conference presence. Conduct market research and provide insights to guide strategy, inform product development, and support lead generation. Assist in the production of the annual strategic marketing plan. Consult with operational scientists, sales, marketing teams, and customer service to drive brand awareness and lead generation across the full Inotiv portfolio. Enable and support sales teams to target key prospects, recognize service opportunities, and expand account engagement. Identify and provide critical market assessments to Marketing and R&D for potential new product and service offerings. Partner with the Customer Experience program manager to capture key inputs for voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback. Support development of strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations to strengthen the portfolio and service offerings. Partner with Commercial and Operational leadership teams to analyze the services sales pipeline and drive strategy for converting business. Align with the global marketing team on co-marketing initiatives to ensure strategic and tactical consistency across regions. Why You'll Love This Role:

Bachelor's Degree Required. MS, MBA, or PhD is a plus or equivalent work experience. A successful history of at least three years sales and/or marketing experience in the life sciences marketplace working with Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies. Life Science industry or Lab / bench level pre-clinical or academic research experience in lieu of sales and/or marketing experience. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required. Must be willing and able to travel domestically 20% of time. Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal customers. Strong consultative selling skills and proven capability to close sales. Be detail-oriented and customer-centric. MS, MBA, or PhD in Life/ Animal Sciences, Pharmacology, Toxicology or specific Therapeutic Areas. Knowledge of the requirements for regulatory preclinical drug development. Experience with a CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce.com, Hubspot. Previous experience of scientific writing and/or copy editing. Previous digital marketing experience.
