Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Systems, the Financial Systems Analyst will support a number of IT systems critical to the success of several IDEX programs including the financial reporting, sustainability and environmental health and safety programs. This is an exciting role with a growing and diversified company that allows for immediate impact to shape and influence functions that are evolving. This individual will work closely with finance, legal, compliance, sustainability, and operations personnel across all domestic and international businesses as well as individuals. Of critical importance will be this individual's ability to understand, coordinate and manage critical systems in a complex and matrixed organization, while establishing credible working relationships across departments and hierarchical levels throughout the company. This position is fully remote however some travel will be required to business units and corporate offices. Essential Functions:
Serve as first level support for Benchmark GenSuite platform. Update and maintain: IDEX entity structures User security across the enterprise Implementation of new modules User training documentation SOC report user entity controls Identify and implement process improvements as necessary Help promote user adoption Support and promote other EHS/Sustainability tools as they are rolled out across IDEX Serve as first level support for Onestream platform. Update and maintain: The corporate consolidation system used across 100+ GL locations with user base in excess of 400 employees across the globe Metadata, business rules, workflows and security Trial balance mappings between source systems and Onestream Account Reconciliations/Financial Close Manager (FCM) module User training documentation Serve as first level support for Archer. Update and maintain: All needs as related to internal audit All needs as related to corporate finance group All needs as related to the Compliance group Serve as first level support for NUS and UP Enterprise. Update and maintain: IDEX entity structures User security across the enterprise SOC report user entity controls Identify and implement process improvements as necessary Help promote user adoption Enforce compliance with established policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data integrity Support the periodic internal and external assurance processes Contribute to GenSuite, Onestream and other system improvements and development projects as necessary Execute ad hoc duties, as required Experience & Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field 2-3 years Finance/Accounting/Systems experience required Sustainability/Health and Safety experience preferred Exposure to Benchmark Gensuite preferred Onestream/Hyperion or similar CPM system experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products Experience writing VB.Net or other programming languages a plus Onestream/Hyperion field Super User experience a plus ERP experience a plus MBA and/or CPA a plus Core Competencies:

The compensation range for this position is $67,500.00 - $101,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan. Benefits Package
