Job Title
Responsible for food safety and quality Shift meetings Check emails- respond accordingly Follow up with Lead Palletizers -plan work-assign priorities Set up downtime/labor reports for shift information Complete filler room audit report-Weeklies/Daily/PEP Tagging system set ups Working with Operators/PQI's on Handling line clearances Checking all packaging codes Follow up on individual associates needs/request/Vacation request/Personal day requests Ensure safety/GMP's, and SOP's are followed Ensure upcoming spec sheets are supplied in files/supplies are available for next shift Plan following days work/crewing/Shift notes for next shift Complete run files Perform Filler Inspections Interact with other support departments Monitor associates productivity throughout shifts Multiple misc, clerical/administrative functions/paper work Perform safety /GMP Inspections monthly Perform Associates Reviews-45/90 days and yearly/corrective actions write ups Attend meetings throughout the year Log payroll information-daily, schedule for upcoming week All other duties as assigned Education/Prerequisite Requirements: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent Associate Degree is preferred Equipment/Training Knowledge: Basic understanding and Execution of food plant GMPs, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements Quality mindset Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Package/case defects Documentation - sample plan pulled/tagging system Computer knowledge Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Steuben Foods is committed to equal employment opportunity.
