HRIS Analyst II

to take our Workday capabilities to the next level. Own & Optimize Workday:

Configure business processes, condition rules, notifications, and security roles to meet evolving business needs.

Be the Problem-Solver:

Troubleshoot issues, pinpoint root causes, and design lasting solutions that make life easier for end users.

Collaborate Across the Business:

Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and execute changes.

Keep Data Flawless:

Manage and validate EIB data loads, mass updates, and integration runs

ensuring accuracy, compliance, and trust in our data.

Guard the Gates:

Oversee security administration, role assignments, audits, and adherence to privacy regulations.

Turn Data Into Insight:

Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to guide operational, compliance, and strategic decisions.

Lead Change:

Coordinate Workday release management, test new features, and roll out enhancements that elevate the employee experience.

Expand Knowledge & Capability:

Research new Workday functionality, recommend process improvements, and help shape our long-term HRIS roadmap.

Empower Users:

Deliver training and guidance that increases adoption and confidence across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Workday Expert:

Strong understanding of Workday HCM configuration, reporting, security, and integrations.

Analytical Thinker:

Comfortable dissecting complex problems and building smart, scalable solutions.

Multi-Module Mindset:

Experience with multiple modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Compensation.

Data & Reporting Skills:

Proficient with calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).

Collaboration & Communication:

Able to explain technical solutions clearly to both HR/IT peers and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Required:

3+ years working in Workday HCM within HRIS, HR, or IT, with hands-on configuration and reporting.

Confidentiality:

Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data appropriately.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Logistics

Fully remote position. Full benefits within 30 days (medical, dental, vision). 401k after 90 days, including employer contribution. 23 PTO days + 10 paid holidays. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 and can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level. If you're ready to
