ID Logistics is seeking an Inventory Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a sharp focus on optimizing inventory performance across our global supply chain. This role plays a vital part in executing replenishment strategies, managing SKU transitions, and collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain a healthy, balanced network. Location: On-site Work Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday Nights Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package of $70,000-$80,000 plus bonus, with full benefits including PTO, sick time, health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Key Responsibilities: Leverage WMS systems to drive daily inventory controldelivering high fill rates while minimizing inventory days on hand. Analyze root causes of inventory issues and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them. Build strong supplier relationships, addressing fill rate gaps, lead time delays, transit damages, and returns. Create import orders aligned with containerization needs. Run key reports: Call-Offs, Open POs, Destruction Write-Offs to optimize warehouse capacity. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, GMP, and IDL's operational standards. Provide support and leadership on the floortraining, coaching, and cross-training associates. Respond to inquiries, drive process improvements, and support continuous improvement efforts (5S, Lean). Maintain a customer-first approach with a tour-ready, safe, and efficient facility.
