We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Account Manager to drive the seamless execution of premium Apple News Ad Sales campaigns, ensuring exceptional client outcomes at every stage. This role spans full-funnel campaign managementfrom partnering with Client Partners for initial pitch through post-sale analysis. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure flawless execution and high-touch service. As an Account Manager on the Apple News Ad Sales team, you will: Partner with Sales to understand client goals and develop strategic media plans that align with campaign objectives. Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc. Collaborate cross-functional with internal groups for campaign setup, launch, and execution in coordination. Liaise with clients and agencies to manage insertion orders, gather creative assets, and ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time. Monitor delivery performance and pacing throughout the campaign, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Provide ongoing reporting, insights, and post-campaign analysis to internal teams and clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client and agency partners, delivering best-in-class service and high-touch support. Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital advertising or media sales account management, with a focus on brand-led campaigns. Experience working directly with clients and media agencies, serving as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle. High proficiency in media planning, sales, and ad operations systems (e.g., Salesforce, OperativeOne, Freewheel, or similar). Excellent written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities under deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client service and internal collaboration. Proactive self-starter with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience with display and video advertising best practices. Demonstrated success working across internal teams to develop and execute advertiser campaigns seamlessly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions, optimizations, and upsell opportunities for brand partners. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,700 and $206,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
