Salesforce Techno-Functional Onsite Consultant
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements. Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process mapping. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Recommend Salesforce features, configurations, and enhancements to address business challenges. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate end-user training. Technical / Development Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC). Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and process builders. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC). Proficient in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules). Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft). Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Familiarity with Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy). Functional Skills: Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and relevant modules. Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications
(Preferred): Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Business Analyst (optional but beneficial)
