Deployment & Mobilization Coordinator

Location: Tampa, FL Job Responsibilities: Track all inbound and outbound personnel, ensure they receive CAC, visas, passports, etc., as well as ensure processing through CRC as needed. Input of LOAs in SPOT and processing those who leave the contract. Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment and demobilization coordination, addressing inquiries, issue resolution, and process improvements. Ensure full compliance with Foreign Clearance Guidelines and theater-specific medical requirements for Direct Contract Employees. Manage pre-deployment activities, including documentation review, medical and security clearance, certification, and travel arrangement in alignment with contract, and AOR guidelines. Schedule and confirm pre-deployment travel request and manage medical waiver processes in accordance with applicable policies. Communicate international travel and point-of-entry requirements; administer Letters of Authorization (LOAs) and Common Access Cards (CAC)/Country Clearances. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable). Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in personnel and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Strong individual contributor with a sense of urgency and critical thinking ability. Able to interpret and explain guidelines clearly. Professional handling of highly confidential information. Team-oriented, adaptable, and organized with strong multitasking skills. Self-motivated and resourceful; comfortable in a dynamic, multi-functional role. Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed. Able to travel to support mission up to 10%. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, OR an Associate's degree plus seven (7) total years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience.
