As a Senior Manager of Social Media & Content Creation you are not only an expert on every major social platform but also push boundaries in a way that makes people stop scrolling. You can captivate and move audiences from B2B executives to consumers. You'll be responsible for building, leading, and executing innovative campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You'll harness AI tools like V03 and the latest video-editing tech to produce captivating graphics, stories, and videos. Your work will amplify our brand nationally and engage local communities in ways that feel personal, authentic, and viral. Role's Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging, multi-platform campaigns that drive both brand amplification and hyper-local engagement. Concept, script, shoot, edit, and publish content

from long-form storytelling to short, high-impact social clips. Utilize AI tools (e.g., V03, generative video/graphic software) to streamline production and enhance creativity. Maintain a content cadence optimized for each platform to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Stay on the pulse of emerging platforms, features, and trends to keep our content ahead of the curve. Leverage analytics to continually refine content strategy for audience growth and improved KPIs. Manage both paid and organic strategies to boost campaign performance. Create content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences, with a deep understanding of tone, style, and messaging nuances. Build campaigns that leverage consumer-to-consumer advocacy. Engage with followers to foster loyalty and meaningful brand connections. Ideate campaigns that blend entertainment, education, and inspiration. Drive initiatives that position the brand as fresh, innovative, and disruptive in the health tech space without feeling like "traditional healthcare marketing." Produce creative assets for launches, events, and initiatives with a focus on high visual impact. Perform other related role's responsibilities as assigned.
