Stackers are essential production workers responsible for supporting the manufacturing plant and operators on various product lines. The role involves lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients, loading them on pallets, moving products along a line, and making and packing boxes. Shifts include: 1st shift from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday-Friday 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday-Friday 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 7 am Sunday-Thursday Responsibilities: Lift and stack heavy bags weighing up to 75 lbs. Load products onto pallets efficiently. Assist in moving products along the production line. Make and pack boxes for distribution. Adhere to GMP/SOP guidelines, including wearing hair nets and glasses. Essential Skills: Ability to work in a GMP/SOP environment. Experience in manual labor and production work. Good attendance record and ability to work swiftly. Additional Skills & Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP.
