An Inventory Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for serving others, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities to manage the inventory of the entire restaurant. They are responsible for overseeing the incoming and current inventory, restaurant organization, returns/credits, waste tracking and communication of inventory flow, and for supporting Kitchen leadership in executing daily operations over lunch hours and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence. This role will primarily consist of shifts between 7AM and 4PM. Inventory Manager Responsibilities: Managing Truck Order

proficient with build to ordering and product usage, and reviewing all orders for accuracy Creating and maintaining space for all goods

adjusting shelving or space as needed Communicate and troubleshoot issues with fellow managers/directors Performing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts Monitor expirations dates Identify and implement waste improvement plans Cleaning and maintaining storage areas and shelves Working in Operations over peak hours and supporting kitchen leadership in holding team members accountable to the standards Day off will be day when truck is not ordered Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Saturday availability Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational/numerical skills Strong commitment to superior customer service Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred. The ability to speak Spanish or another language in addition to English is not required but is preferred.
