Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead sustaining engineering projects within our medical device portfolio. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that support product lifecycle management, including cost savings, product transfers, and design changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within regulated industries and a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple sustaining engineering projects from initiation through execution and closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining product quality and compliance. Track and report savings metrics and project impact. Manage product transfer projects between manufacturing sites or suppliers. Ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption to supply and quality. Coordinate validation activities and documentation updates. Oversee design change projects to improve product performance, manufacturability, or regulatory compliance. Ensure changes are executed in accordance with change control procedures and regulatory requirements. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership. Escalate risks and issues proactively with mitigation strategies. Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience in the medical device or other regulated industry. Proven track record managing cross-functional projects in a remote environment. Strong understanding of FDA regulations and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). Additional Skills & Qualifications

PMP certification preferred. Experience with sustaining engineering or operations in medical devices. Familiarity with PLM systems and document control processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment

This position is remote, offering flexibility in work location. Enjoy 2 weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Centennial, Colorado. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
