Heavy Assembler

The Heavy Assembler role requires maintaining high standards of quality and quantity while performing various functions. The duties include deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators, as well as assisting with product final operations such as painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating. The employee will work from drawings, parts lists, specifications, and instruction manuals, utilizing basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools and gauges. Responsibilities

Perform deburring, detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators. Assist with detailing, assembly, and testing of accumulators. Detail and assemble standard, special, and custom accumulators. Complete and file inspection and test reports. Maintain all tools and assembly equipment and report malfunctions. Perform or assist with product final operations, including painting, rust prevention, packing, and crating. Work from drawings, parts lists, specifications, and instruction manuals. Use basic shop mathematics and various inspection tools and gauges. Participate in a work team environment. Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor. Essential Skills

Around 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Around 1 year of mechanical assembly experience. Around 1 year of experience working with blueprints. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Experience with precision measuring tools, calipers, mechanical assembly, air guns, and assembling. Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Effective verbal and written communication skills. General mathematics proficiency. Ability to interpret complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and handbook formulas. Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
