Lead month-end close and stakeholder reporting with accuracy and insight. Align financial goals with strategic initiatives across departments. Cross-functional collaboration:

Serve as a trusted advisor to G&A teamsincluding Legal, IT, and HRproviding tailored financial insights and responsive support. Accounting excellence & compliance:

Ensure accuracy in financial records, maintain compliance with US GAAP, and uphold strong internal controls. Customer-facing financial expertise:

Partner with business development to co-present financial insights to clients, adding strategic value to engagements. Audit & governance:

Manage external audits and strengthen internal controls and corporate policies to ensure operational integrity. Payroll oversight:

Lead payroll accounting processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards. Process improvement:

Champion initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and financial transparency. What you bring: -CPA or equivalent, with 9+ years in public accounting and/or industry. -Proven leadership and team-building experience. -Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. -Passion for learning, problem-solving, and driving results. -High proficiency in Excel and a strong grasp of US GAAP. This is more than a controller roleit's a chance to be part of a company that values people, purpose, and performance. $180,000 - $200,000 a year The pay range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000 for total compensation. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
