Treatment Nurse

What You'll Do: Perform wound care and skin assessments per physician orders and facility protocols Document treatments and monitor healing progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes Educate staff on wound prevention and skin integrity best practices Participate in care planning and resident care conferences What We're Looking For: Active California LVN or RN license Prior wound care or treatment nurse experience in a SNF preferred Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player Why Ridgeway Post Acute?
