Crate Assembler We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Crate Assemblers. In this role, you will build wooden crates and similar products by following assembly instructions, using basic hand tools, and ensuring quality standards are met. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in what you build, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Assemble crates and related products by fitting parts together according to instructions and measurements

Use hand tools safely and effectively

Measure materials accurately with a ruler or tape measure

Perform finishing tasks such as stacking, covering, labeling, and banding completed products

Check materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Complete production records as required

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Able to stand for the majority of the workday

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Strong attendance and reliability

Prior experience with hand tools or assembly is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay: Full-time, first shift (hours vary by location)

Pay based on experience
