Twin City Staffing is hiring skilled and reliable individuals for multiple hands-on positions in Ramsey and Coon Rapids, MN. We have openings for assemblers, lead assemblers, and assembly / shipping workers on various shifts. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: Assembler: $20/hr Lead Assembler: $24.25+/hr (DOE) Shipping Worker: $21.25/hr Hours: Assembler (1st Shift): Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Assembler & Lead Assembler (2nd Shift): Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Assembly/Shipping Worker (Day Shift): Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Benefits of the assembler / lead / shipping: Competitive pay Steady schedule Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Comprehensive Medical Coverage Dental Insurance for a Healthy Smile Vision Care to Keep You Focused Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Tax-Saving Flexibility Life Insurance to Protect What Matters Most Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage Accident Insurance for Life's Unexpected Moments Critical Illness Coverage for Peace of Mind Duties of the assembler / lead / shipping: Assembler: Assemble machine models following established procedures Use small air, hand, and electric tools Operate manual and electric pallet jacks Relocate machines as needed and complete documentation Measure parts accurately using a tape measure Follow safety and quality procedures Lead Assembler (in addition to above): Train and lead team members across assembly stations Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met Oversee documentation and workflow Shipping: Build, assemble, and prep sub-assemblies Repair, move, and ship completed parts according to schedule Perform quality checks and data entry Prepare shipments and operate pallet jacks Maintain a clean, safe environment Follow all safety protocols Forklift experience required Requirements of the assembler / lead / shipping: Prior experience in assembly, shipping, or manufacturing is required Familiarity with pallet jacks preferred Pass E-Verify, a drug test, and a national background check Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, etc. Additional Information: Apply today!
