Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 23 times per week. Role Overview

The Payments Architect is responsible for defining and leading the architecture of CoreIgnite's payments capabilities, enabling the platform to support real-time, cross-border, and embedded finance flows. This role requires deep expertise in payment systems, compliance standards, and fintech integration. You will shape the architecture that underpins the Monetize and Modernize pillars of CoreIgnite. Key Responsibilities

Design and document scalable, secure payment architecture supporting real-time and cross-border flows. Lead API and event-driven integrations with RTP, FedNow, ACH, card networks, and third-party fintech platforms. Ensure compliance with ISO 20022, PCI-DSS, and other applicable regulatory standards. Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to onboard new use cases and fintech capabilities. Support development teams in implementing payment orchestration, routing, and exception handling. What We're Looking For

1015 years of experience designing payment infrastructure in banking or fintech environments. Strong knowledge of domestic and international payment rails, sponsor banking, and fintech APIs. Track record of implementing secure, compliant, and scalable payment systems. Hands-on experience with API design, data modeling, and platform scalability. Why This Role Matters
