We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to both staff and management. Your primary duties will include managing daily office tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication within teams. You will be the backbone of our office, helping to create a productive yet pleasant work environment. Key Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Benefits
