Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider (INPATIENT)

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team. enjoy your personal time without after-hours interruptions Multi-Site Role: Work between our Joliet location and Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staff State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff. Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage inpatient consults and outpatient follow-up visits. Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care. Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education. Qualifications

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois. Strongly preferred:

1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology or inpatient medicine. Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team. EMR proficiency (experience with Epic is a plus). Pay Transparency

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
