Link's 10-week paid summer internship program helps students gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics of logistics real estate. We offer internships in over 15 departments including Capital Markets, Construction, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, IT, Asset Management, Property Management, Sustainability and more. Link is looking for actively enrolled juniors (rising seniors) who would be interested in helping identify assets for potential financing, constructing loan models, drafting loan marketing materials and executing new financing transactions. What Will You Bring: Execution of Link's overall debt strategy Origination of large volume of CMBS, bank balance sheet, and construction loans associated with Link's acquisitions, dispositions, development, and refinancing activities. Perform financial modeling and analysis to evaluate financing, including cash flow projections and/or cost estimation. Prepare comprehensive loan packages to present to lenders Assist with the lender due diligence process on new financings, including collaboration with multiple Link teams and outside counsel to review and gather all required information Extensive coordination with Blackstone's Capital Markets and Asset Management teams to ensure debt planning and borrowing activities align with BX strategy Help produce Link management/BX debt reporting packages Collaborate with Link investments, operations, construction, and development teams to draft marketing materials, manage loan covenants and submit loan draw requests, among other responsibilities. Qualifications: Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution Must currently be actively enrolled for consideration of internship Extremely strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills Detail orientated with strong organizational and time management skills Strong analytical mindset with proven interest in commercial real estate finance Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint $45/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.
