Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication. Implement and oversee BIM/VDC technologies as required. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients. 10+ years of experience in Commercial, Multifamily, Hospitality, Retail, and Restaurant construction. Proven track record of managing projects up to $25M. Strong background in Hospitality, Commercial, or Multifamily construction. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Excel. Experience with BIM/VDC technologies is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to travel as required What's on Offer
