Collaborates with the creative team and stakeholders from project intake through completion. Shoots, edits, and produces photo and video content, including motion graphics, interviews, and events. Manages post-production workflows, including editing, encoding, and preparing assets for digital platforms. Conceptualizes and develops multimedia assets aligned with Chicago Booth's visual voice and brand standards. Coordinates pre-production logistics such as scheduling, location scouting, and talent coordination. Develops and maintains templates, graphics packages, and design systems for consistency across channels. Creates digital content for web, email, and social media, with a focus on innovation and visual storytelling. Conducts asset research including photography, archival media, and audio clips to enhance productions. Supports digital asset management, equipment upkeep, and efficient media workflow across projects. Minimum qualifications include a college or university degree in a related field and 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, and complete familiarity with the Apple Macintosh environment.
