Electromechanical Assembler
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will efficiently deploy electro-mechanical and test equipment to assemble, wire, and test products, ensuring they meet customer expectations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a deep working knowledge of electromechanical assembly processes. Responsibilities
Assemble, wire, and test products using sheet metal prints, electrical schematics, and test procedures. Make wiring connections and test components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electronic tools. Route, connect, fasten, and secure wires according to diagrams or work instructions. Read blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions effectively. Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Strong eye and hand coordination with mechanical and electrical wiring abilities. High School education or GED equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous assembly experience with reading electrical schematics. Familiarity with inspection processes and systems controls. Setup experience specific to department or equipment. Effective communication skills (read, write, speak, listen). Process and detail orientation. Work Environment
Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally, the role requires sitting, reaching with hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
