Make a difference through Atrium's community service and volunteer programs. Job Description What You Will Do: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing culinary team aligned with Atrium's Core Values. Design seasonal, guest-centric menus using your culinary creativity and deep industry knowledge. Manage scheduling, forecasting, and food prep to optimize productivity and minimize waste. Oversee kitchen inventory, food purchasing, and vendor relations while maintaining cost targets. Ensure health department and food safety compliance through training, audits, and best practices. Partner across departments to support marketing events, elevate the guest experience, and drive results. What We Are Looking For: 3+ years in a senior culinary leadership role

You've run a kitchen, mentored a team, and handled the heat with grace. Culinary degree or equivalent experience

Formal training or time spent learning under a Certified Executive Chef sets you up for success. Strong financial acumen

You know your way around food costing, inventory, and the P&L, helping to drive profitability. ServSafe Manager Certification

Ensures you lead with a focus on food safety and compliance. Tech fluency

Experience with Microsoft Office and digital tools keeps your operations sharp and organized. Flexible schedule
