Facility Solutions Specialist

What you'll be doing: Serve as a key contributor within the Facility Solutions sales model, supporting and driving sales initiatives for Janitorial/Sanitation and Breakroom product categories Engage with existing and potential Staples Business customers via online chat, email, phone, video conferencing, and digital channels Sell a range of products and solutions including cleaning chemicals, paper products, dispensers, hand soap, sanitizers, safety supplies, and coffee programs using effective sales techniques Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless service and optimize client outcomes Handle pricing requests, customize quotes, and present proposals to organizational stakeholders Utilize marketing materials to demonstrate product and service value Manage sales pipeline, review account spend, and process quotes using digital tools Consistently achieve or exceed established performance targets What you bring to the table: Customer Empathy: Ability to identify, understand, and address customer needs and interests, providing customer-centric solutions Digital Selling Agility: Eagerness to learn and use digital sales tools and processes, adapting to customer preferences Selling Resiliency: Motivation to analyze, improve, and seize new sales opportunities based on past experiences Relentless Selling: Drive to enhance sales performance and surpass targets, quotas, and KPIs Change Champion: Willingness to embrace new ways of working to make a difference for customers What's needed- Basic Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service High school diploma or GED required What's needed- Preferred Qualifications: Janitorial/Sanitation or Breakroom industry experience 1+ years' experience in B2B sales or customer service Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software We Offer: Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays) Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more
