Clinical Medical Secretary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Clinical Medical Secretary to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. As a Clinical Medical Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries. Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed. Assisting with insurance verification and processing. Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Handling administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents. Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a medical receptionist, medical secretary or in a similar role required. Previous experience with EPIC highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Details: Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm | 37.5 hours per week Parking - employees will need to cover their own parking. Available lots vary in price based on location. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
