Job Description The Manager Ticketing Services reports to and supports the Associate Ticket Director with ticket operations and functions as directed. Coordinates ticket operations for assigned events including programming events on the ticketing database and online ticket account management system, invoicing, allocation, distribution, season database maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and online ticket management. Assigned events include regular home and post-season contests in their designated sport and may include post-season contests in other sports. Collaborates with other department areas on assigned events to assist with the coordination of ticketing needs for sales, marketing, promotions, development, and event operations, including email campaign creation and distribution to ticket purchasers, student-athlete guests and visiting team fans. Assists with event day operational and customer service support including gate entry technology and hardware deployment, troubleshooting and issue resolution. Collaborates with Athletics Digital team in maintaining and updating ticketing associated webpages. Provides general Athletic Ticket Office management support including operational and customer service duties at home football games and select concerts/special events in Ohio Stadium and other Athletics venues. Performs other duties as assigned. This position works in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team environment where change is embraced, and innovation is encouraged. Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of ticket operations experience and supervision of part-time staff. Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with a diverse group of constituents. Position requires ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends. Desired Qualifications Operational experience with Ticketmaster suite of ticket-related platforms, including Archtics, TM Host, Event Management Tool (EMT) and TM1 (Sales, Entry, Reports, Engagement).
