Job Description:
This position supports the Diminished Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Team, (Code 315) is part of the Life Cycle Logistics & Readiness Division (Code 31) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), provides program level management and leadership for logistics, and acquisition support programs and initiatives.
This includes the planning, development, production, procurement, and sustainment of logistic products for Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment installed on Navy's ships and submarines and coordination of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) updates associated with life cycle sustainment planning and execution for shipboard HM&E system and equipment.
Required Skills and/or Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through advanced data programming, statistical analysis, and visualization tools. This individual should demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R, and expertise in SQL for data extraction and integration. Key abilities include applying data mining, modeling, and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, as well as creating dynamic reports, dashboards, and visualizations Degree Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university Must be a US Citizen A secret security clearance
