Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system. Support the sales team by upselling additional services when appropriate. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Benefits
