Area of expertise - Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture including data model, application architecture, integrations, and security architecture. Experience in at least one ServiceNow module is mandatory-such as TSM (Telecom Service Management) or its predecessor modules like CSM/ITSM, or OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications). Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub is essential, particularly in implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, or Kafka. An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable with knowledge of TAM & SID and popular Telecom Services like Voice/Broadband/VPN services in Wired/Wireless networks.
Detailed Job Description Within ServiceNow Space, Infosys is seeking for specialised development professional who can effectively own the Development work and carry out the Development independently. The candidate should have very good experience regarding Development, Troubleshooting and Deployment areas.
Essential skills: ServiceNow developer with 5+ years hands-on development experience in at least one ServiceNow module is mandatory-such as TSM (Telecom Service Management) or its predecessor modules like CSM/ITSM, or OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications) Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, and Service Portal technologies. Proven track record in implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and other third-party tools. Experience with ServiceNow deployments, platform upgrades, migrations, and cloning. Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's platform capabilities, performance, and constraints with respect to latest releases. Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards. Experience with preparing technical design approach for requirements received from BA and working on complex requirement independently. Good experience in agile way of working (scrum, user story, sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Good To have Skills: AGILE & ITIL Knowledge. ServiceNow CSA / CAD and module specific micro certifications. Experience with TAM, SID framework, TM Forum APIs. Good understanding of Telecom Order Management concepts - Product Catalog (PO/PS/CFS/RFS/RS) and its relationships, O2A process, Jeopardy Management, Fallout Management.
