Facilities Project Manager
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facility-related projects, systems, and operational workflows to ensure that workplace infrastructure is aligned with organizational needs, compliance standards, and budget goals. This role focuses on designing and managing ticketing processes, optimizing vendor and stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring the facility supports operational excellence across the organization. As the Facilities Project Manager, you will keep the facility running smoothly by scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. You notice details others miss and address issues before they become problems. Systems & Workflow Oversight:
Manage the overall architecture of facilities processes and systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through structured planning and oversight. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, service requests, and operational projects in alignment with business priorities. Project Coordination:
Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of facility-related projects such as renovations, system upgrades, and space reconfigurations Define project scope and deliverables, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Vendor & Contractor Management:
Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, setting performance expectations, and monitoring service quality to meet operational standards. Compliance & Data Management:
Track operational metrics, budgets, and project outcomes to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with leadership, compliance, and operations teams to align facilities initiatives with organizational goals. Act as the central communication hub for all facilities-related matters, ensuring stakeholder alignment. What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or facilities-related roles. Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field preferred. PMP or project management certification a plus. Strong organizational and process design skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. Proficiency in budget oversight and vendor coordination. How You Work

Ability to occasionally inspect facilities, which may involve standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Capacity to visit multiple locations if required.
