Package Sorter Automation Personnel Services is looking for a
Part-time
Package Sorter
for a company based in Forest Park, GA.
This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional who
is looking to start a career in logistics
. Pay Rate $17 /hour Schedule and Hours Friday through Sunday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Role Overview
As a
Part-time
Package Sorter , you will be responsible for unloading shipments, sorting packages by destination, and preparing them for delivery. This is an active, hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. **This is a non-climate-controlled warehouse. ** Key Responsibilities
Unload packages from trucks
Sort packages by size, weight, and destination
Use RF scanner to scan and sort packages by destination
Organize and stage packages for delivery
Verify package information against shipping records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications
Previous experience using RF scanners preferred (we will train the right candidate)
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and punctual
Works well independently and as part of a team Job Type Part-time, temporary
