As the Environmental Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating a safe, secure, and compliant workplace at our Distribution Center. You'll work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to reduce risk, prevent injuries, and protect people, property, and assetsall while ensuring business continuity. Target Salary: 100K + 5% Annual Bonus Target THIS IS AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE AND WILL NOT HAVE ANY DIRECT REPORTS. What You'll Do

Act as the primary liaison between the site and McKesson's Global Security & Safety (GSS) team to ensure alignment with corporate standards. Lead the implementation and enforcement of EHS&S protocols, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety metrics, and develop mitigation plans to proactively prevent incidents. Drive a strong safety culture through regular audits, committee leadership, and ergonomic initiatives. Design and manage site-specific Safety and Security Action Plans, including post-audit improvements. Oversee physical and electronic security systems and ensure compliance with all related programs. Deliver impactful training programs for new hires, people leaders, and equipment operators; monitor and drive training completion. Collaborate with Risk Management on claims and Return to Work processes. Ensure environmental compliance related to hazardous waste, fire codes, air permitting, and more. Serve as the site liaison with local emergency management and law enforcement agencies. Support investigations into product loss or suspected theft in coordination with Operations and Global Security. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals. What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience in Environmental Health & Safety or Security, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Proven knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards. Experience leading safety programs and conducting audits or risk assessments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Specialized Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management systems. Experience with physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control). Ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards to real-world operations. Comfortable presenting to leadership and facilitating training sessions. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
