Hours: .9 FTE; 36 hours/week Schedule: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts, 7 pm - 7:30 am, Every other weekend Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour (commensurate with experience) $3.40/hour COVID Pay Shift Differentials Sign-On Bonus! Summary: Under the direction of the Registered or Licensed Nurse Manager/Designee, the Certified Nursing Assistant/Geriatric Nursing Assistant will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed. Support and transfer, and assist residents with daily living functions such as feeding, bathing, dressing, dressing/undressing, dressing, dressing, dressing, dressing, etc. Perform restorative and range of motion exercises. Follow established safety procedures, such as the use of equipment, body mechanics, and other precautions. High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Michigan certificate of completion state approved nurse aide training program. Possess superior customer service skills. Minimum of one-year experience within a healthcare setting preferred. Must possess superior customer service skills. Must possess superior interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to going in a fast-paced, customer driven environment. Possesses high degree of personal accountability, responsibility, and decision-making abilities. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the organization.
